Internship Opportunities at Joel Warady Group
At the Joel Warady Group, we believe that no single individual possesses all of the answers. Our company culture is one of collaboration, sharing of ideas, and experimentation. We truly believe in the philosophy that it is better to try and fail, than never to try at all.
To help support our goal of always learning, and working with new concepts and techniques, we have developed an Internship program at the Joel Warady Group. For each internship class, we select 2-3 individuals who we feel will best contribute to our collective goal of providing innovative methods of brand building and integrated marketing to our clients. We look to learn as much from our interns as they learn from us.
Our interns play an integral role in all of the work that we perform on behalf of our clients. The Internship Program is a hands-on, jump in and sink-or-swim opportunity to experience marketing consulting in a real-world setting. The opportunity is not for everybody. We work you hard, we have high expectations, and we expect our interns to contribute from day one. While we won’t hold your hand, we relish our mentorship role and will provide you with the knowledge and guidance that will assist you in your current and future work. For the right individual, it is an experience that could help you make your next life decision.
If you think you have the right attributes to be considered for the next Joel Warady Group internship class, please forward your resume to Chasidy Atchsion, our Director-Client Management & Development. Her email address is chasidy@joelwarady.com. We only want the best of the best, and we review resumes throughout the year to fill the next open position. We look forward to hearing from you if you truly feel you can make a significant contribution to our consulting group.

Daniela Sol
Intern
“My internship at the Joel Warady Group has certainly been a very rewarding experience. There is a great mentorship environment, and I learned things I never would have learned from a marketing textbook. I was given a lot of responsibility, so I have become a more confident and well-prepared person for whatever challenges lie ahead.”
Daniela lived in Miami for seven years before moving to El Salvador, where she attended the American School. Daniela is fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. In 2004, she enrolled at Northwestern University and is pursuing a Communication Studies major with a minor in Business Institutions. She is currently a Senior.
In a previous internship, she worked as a Junior Executive Art Director and Copywriter at The San Jose Group in Chicago, where she was involved in branding campaigns and new business pitches. Daniela realized art direction was about focusing on the client and the consumer rather than the art director’s vision alone. Clients have real sales goals and marketing strategies that must be kept consistent at every level, including within creative executions. Daniela is looking to strengthen her previous experience with a real-world opportunity in marketing consulting, allowing her to look at both sides of the same coin. |

Parker Newman
Intern
"The Joel Warady Group internship opened my eyes to a whole new side of marketing and it allowed me to get a view from the ground up on how the industry works. In addition, I was able to learn invaluable skills and knowledge that I will be able to carry on to future projects and jobs."
Parker Is currently a Senior at Indiana University.
Parker is from Glencoe, IL where he attended New Trier High School. After graduating high school in 2003, Parker sought to pursue a higher level of education at Indiana University. After his freshman year of college, Parker saw the great potential and spending power of his fellow peers and sought to try his hand at starting his own business. With the help of his twin brother, Parker launched a men's sportswear clothing company entitled Rock'n Clothing and later launched a water cooler delivery service called HoosierICE. While working on both endeavors, Parker saw how the power of marketing could really impact a business. While doing PR for his clothing line, he was able to get a handful of major publications to write articles on his products and got countless celebrities to endorse their wares.
Parker will be graduating from Indiana University with a BA in management and a minor in entrepreneurship. After running his businesses for almost three years, Parker has gained a very keen marketing sense on how to influence people in various market segments. It is this knowledge and expertise that he looks to bring to the Joel Warady Group. |
